1. Unlimited Proof Revisions Before Final Delivery

Before your artwork is finalized, our studio provides digital preview proofs via email. You have unlimited revision rounds on facial expressions, hair nuances, color palettes, and stylistic details to ensure complete satisfaction and authentic vintage likeness.

2. 100% Money-Back Guarantee (Prior to Final Master Release)

If you review your preliminary preview and decide that you do not wish to proceed, you are entitled to a full 100% refund. Simply request a cancellation before approving the final high-resolution master file.

3. Delivered Master Files Policy

Because all completed orders consist of custom, bespoke ultra-resolution digital art files (300 DPI master files in JPG, PNG, and PDF) delivered directly via email, final approved downloads cannot be physically returned once delivered. However, even after delivery, our studio concierge provides complimentary minor color adjustments within 30 days of purchase.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) within 5–7 business days. No restocking fees or administrative deductions apply.
